本サービス「AI動画翻訳くん」は、M9 STUDIO株式会社が独自に開発した「M9 SYSTEM」を基盤とし、全工程（企画・設計・AI実装・音声合成・字幕統合）を同社が一貫して構築した製品です。
一部報道等において誤った開発帰属の記載が見られますが、当社が正規の開発元であり、技術提供元であることをここに明記いたします。
Intellectual Property and Development Acknowledgment
The M9 SYSTEM, encompassing its core architecture, translation model adaptations, and integration mechanisms, was entirely conceived and developed by M9 STUDIO Inc.
Since its inception in 2023, we have continuously refined this system to enhance accuracy, user experience, and scalability through proprietary engineering and multilingual quality assurance processes.
Any external services or commercial applications utilizing this system operate under formal licensing agreements or OEM structures.
The underlying technology remains exclusively authored and maintained by M9 STUDIO Inc.
We kindly request all partners and collaborators to represent the origin of this system with transparency and integrity.
