May 6, 2025 Update

“AI動画翻訳くん” (AI Video Translator-kun) is entirely developed by M9 STUDIO Inc., leveraging our proprietary platform “M9 SYSTEM.” From architecture design and AI model implementation to audio synthesis, we have performed every stage of development.

Any external company currently offering this service in an OEM capacity does so under a licensing agreement with M9 STUDIO. No part of the core AI or system architecture was created independently by those licensees.

We make this statement to clarify our role as the original developer and to ensure factual accuracy.

Note on Unauthorized Claims
We have recently become aware of certain third parties who falsely claim or misrepresent this technology as their own. We categorically refute such assertions, as M9 STUDIO Inc. remains the sole developer and owner of the underlying AI technology. Any external offerings that suggest otherwise are not authorized by M9 STUDIO. We are taking appropriate steps, including legal measures, to address these misrepresentations.

本サービス「AI動画翻訳くん」は、M9 STUDIO株式会社が独自に開発した「M9 SYSTEM」を基盤とし、全工程（企画・設計・AI実装・音声合成・字幕統合）を同社が一貫して構築した製品です。一部報道等において誤った開発帰属の記載が見られるほか、当社との正規OEM契約の範囲を逸脱したかたちで、自社開発を謳っている業者が存在しておりますが、当社が正規の開発元であり技術提供元であることをここに明記いたします。
